Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and evolve the cloud deployment strategy and infrastructure
Design, implement, and maintain DevOps infrastructure
Oversee production operations, ensuring uptime, performance, and stability
Implement and improve security best practices across infrastructure and deployments
Scale platforms to support product and customer growth
Collaborate with Software Engineering, QA, and Infrastructure Engineers to streamline developer workflows and automation
Drive incident response, post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement of operational processes
Provide technical guidance and mentoring within the Infrastructure and DevOps domain

What you’ll need

Successful track record in a DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering role
At least 5 years of proven experience with AWS
Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Experience with containerization and orchestration, such as Docker and Kubernetes
Experience running and monitoring production systems, including logging, alerting, and incident response
Experience with security tools such as Snyk and Wiz
Experience with observability tools such as Datadog and Coralogix
AI-savvy, with a proactive mindset toward applying AI-powered tools to engineering workflows, troubleshooting, and automation while maintaining security and quality standards
Familiarity with security best practices in cloud and production environments
Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring other engineers
Providing a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) or background check is part of the application procedure
