About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Communicate with clients effectively and professionally
Support project managers in client meetings
Ensure quality deliverables and client satisfaction
Develop GHG inventories, science-based targets, emissions reduction strategies, and related technical project outputs
Conduct materiality assessments, benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability strategy work
Help clients align with CSRD, SEC, IFRS, GRI, SASB, TCFD, and other sustainability reporting frameworks or regulatory requirements
Collaborate with technical and project management staff
Develop high-quality deliverables and complete work efficiently to keep projects on time and within budget
Stay informed on sustainability and ESG reporting trends, regulations, and technical standards
Support project leads in meeting quality scopes of work on time and within budget

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field and 4+ years of equivalent work experience
1+ years of experience in sustainability, energy management, engineering, or related field
Experience conducting technical assessments including greenhouse gas inventories
Complete fluency in English with professional written and verbal communication experience
Effective communication skills, including report writing and oral presentation
Strong organization and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
Excellent analytical ability and fluency working with data
Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and database management
Strong customer service and teamwork orientation
Initiative, good judgment, and ability to work independently under pressure in a changing environment
Master's Degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field preferred
