About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Report directly to an Australia-based Marketing Manager
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team as part of the Marketing department
- Drive brand awareness and support sales growth across trade and consumer audiences
- Create graphic designs for flyers, brochures, product spec sheets, point-of-sale materials, signage, digital ads, and social media graphics following brand guidelines
- Plan, schedule, and publish multi-channel content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Track engagement metrics and manage community interactions
- Highlight trade partners
- Conduct market research on industry trends, recipes, and sustainable farming practices
- Write blog posts, website copy, and newsletter content in the brand voice
- Design, build, and distribute targeted e-blasts and subscriber newsletters using platforms like Mailchimp
- Prepare promotional materials, customer pitch templates, and trade show assets for the Business Development team
- Monitor KPIs across web traffic, social media, and email marketing campaigns
- Report performance results and recommend strategic improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 to 2+ years of hands-on experience in a graphic design, digital marketing, content writing, or social media management role
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Advertising, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong creative portfolio demonstrating skills in graphic design, branding, and social media campaign assets
- Expertise with graphic design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (WordPress, Shopify, or Squarespace)
- Familiarity with email marketing software
- Strong storytelling ability and copywriting skills tailored for B2B trade and B2C consumer audiences
- Must be a Philippines citizen
- Applications must be submitted in English
