About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and continuously shape product strategy based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals
  • Champion a product-led culture and communicate product vision and strategy across the organization and with external stakeholders
  • Engage stakeholders and collaborate with UX to discover and gather product requirements
  • Clarify requirements for technical teams and prioritize them based on business need
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap
  • Build, manage, prioritize, and deliver product backlog items
  • Collaborate with Engineering, AI Science, UX, Business Development, and Operations
  • Align priorities across product lines and share context and best practice with the Product and UX teams
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, user needs, and the competitive landscape
  • Establish and track key product metrics to assess performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Inform future product enhancements and align the roadmap with business objectives
  • Translate complex machine learning capabilities into real-world applications for system design and calibration

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner, ideally in a technical or B2B software environment
  • Strong customer focus, including gathering, prioritizing, and translating user needs into product requirements
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA)
  • Experience managing product roadmaps and backlogs
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to align cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable making decisions with incomplete or ambiguous information
  • Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis
  • Comfortable sharing ownership of a wider product portfolio with another Product Manager
  • Ability to keep priorities and roadmaps aligned across product lines
