About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently manage projects from initiation through completion, including cross-functional projects
Support team members in implementing projects in a methodologically sound, goal-oriented, and process-compliant manner
Plan, prioritize, and track project objectives, milestones, tasks, and dependencies
Ensure transparency for stakeholders and management
Serve as the central point of contact between project participants
Facilitate workshops and alignment meetings
Support the process of reaching necessary decisions
Ensure and further develop project management standards, particularly using Jira and Confluence
Enable colleagues to use Jira and Confluence effectively
Actively contribute to process management
Derive improvement measures and standardization initiatives across various subject areas

Requirements

What you’ll need

Commercial training and/or a university degree
Ideally complemented by a project management certification
Several years of experience in project management
Proficiency in traditional, agile, or hybrid methodologies
Confident use of Jira, Confluence, and MS Office
Knowledge of process management or willingness to develop this expertise
Willingness to take responsibility and manage projects in a structured manner
Clear communication with a variety of stakeholders
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
Collaborative, cross-functional approach to work
Very good German language skills
Good English language skills are an advantage
