About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently manage projects from initiation through completion, including cross-functional projects
Support team members in implementing projects using sound methodologies, a goal-oriented approach, and compliant processes
Plan, prioritize, and track project objectives, milestones, tasks, and dependencies
Ensure transparency for stakeholders and management
Serve as the central interface between project participants
Facilitate workshops and coordination meetings
Support the process of reaching necessary decisions
Ensure and continuously improve project management standards using Jira and Confluence
Enable colleagues to use Jira and Confluence effectively
Contribute to process management and derive improvement measures and standardization initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Commercial training and/or a degree, ideally complemented by a project management certification
Several years of experience in project management
Confident application of traditional, agile, or hybrid project management methodologies
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS Office
Knowledge of process management or willingness to further develop these skills
Ability to take ownership and manage projects in a structured manner
Clear communication with diverse stakeholders
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
Collaborative, cross-functional working style
Very good German language skills
Good English language skills are an advantage
