About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business priorities and associate needs
Partner with business, technology, operations, vendor organizations, the AI Center of Excellence, AI Innovation Corner, engineering teams, and infrastructure partners
Translate business objectives into product requirements, features, and delivery plans
Establish and track product OKRs, KPIs, and adoption metrics
Own and manage the product backlog
Facilitate backlog refinement, release planning, and Agile delivery activities
Lead prioritization decisions based on business value, user impact, cost, risk, and technical considerations
Drive adoption and effective use of productivity technologies through engagement, feedback, and education
Ensure platform governance, compliance, and operational sustainability while enabling innovation
Assess market trends, emerging technologies, and AI capabilities
Manage enterprise productivity and collaboration solutions including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, OneNote, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Box, and Smartsheet

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to connect technology investments to business outcomes and user needs
Ability to evaluate opportunities, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs to maximize product value
Ability to foster partnerships and teamwork across cross-functional and distributed teams
Ability to build alignment across business and technology partners and influence decision-making
Ability to communicate product vision, priorities, and outcomes to diverse audiences
Ability to use metrics, insights, and feedback to guide prioritization and continuous improvement
Ability to enable innovation while ensuring governance, compliance, and operational sustainability
Ability to apply Agile product management practices, including backlog management, release planning, iterative delivery, and continuous improvement
1+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Product Consultant, or similar product-focused role, delivering measurable business outcomes (preferred)
Experience managing enterprise productivity, collaboration, or digital workplace platforms, including Microsoft 365 and SharePoint (preferred)
Familiarity with AI-enabled workplace technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and emerging productivity solutions (preferred)
Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and outcome-based delivery plans (preferred)
Knowledge of platform governance, information architecture, content management, and platform lifecycle practices (preferred)
Experience working within Agile teams and using tools such as Jira (preferred)
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile/Product Management certification preferred, or willingness to acquire
