About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain detailed 2D and 3D models using Revit with an MEP focus and AutoCAD
Interpret mark-ups and design changes to update drawings
Generate and maintain drawings and models for tender, construction, and installation phases
Translate hand sketches and engineering concepts into production-level drawings
Support compliance with QA/QC standards, BIM execution plans, and documentation requirements
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and site installation teams
Produce as-built documentation with installation engineers
Coordinate with external stakeholders
Assist in clash detection, drawing review, and issue resolution
Own specific project design elements and ensure timely delivery to project milestones
Ensure outputs meet internal and client design standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a design environment
Previous work in the construction industry is required
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
Fluent English with clear written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, preferably MEP, and AutoCAD
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with BIM 360, Navisworks, or similar model coordination platforms is advantageous
Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu is a plus
Solid understanding of BIM workflows and drawing standards, such as ISO 19650, desirable
Background in electrical design, security systems, or infrastructure design preferred
