About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, implement, and test Enterprise IAM platform and service solutions
  • Support break/fix requests and monitor the environment
  • Support Digital Technology change management processes for development, QA, and production environments
  • Respond to Level 1 tickets involving bugs, outages, and feature requests
  • Ensure IAM solutions meet regulatory, compliance, and internal requirements
  • Assist with IAM policies, standards, and procedures
  • Provide compliance reports as requested
  • Work with Cyber Defense and other departments
  • Align IAM security with the overall security strategy to reduce organizational risk
  • Collaborate with development teams and IAM service consumers
  • Guide implementation and usage of IAM capabilities in enterprise systems
  • Collaborate with IAM team members on IAM-related matters and system support
  • Integrate secure identity solutions throughout the product lifecycle
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for IAM processes and technology

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree, or 6-9 years of related work experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of related experience, ideally within an Entra ID environment
  • Understanding of Enterprise Identity & Access Management, including SSO, MFA, Password-less Authentication, PAM, and Identity Governance & Administration concepts
  • Understanding of identity protocols and technologies such as OIDC, OAuth, SAML, API Gateways, and SCIM
  • Familiarity with Ping Identity, Okta, MS Azure, and ForgeRock
  • Familiarity with modern software lifecycle development and automated cloud infrastructure deployment
  • Understanding of policies reflecting system security objectives and ability to assess security system resilience, dependability, and environmental impacts
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function
  • Preferred: STEM degree in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Computer Science, or related field
  • Preferred: Certifications related to Microsoft Entra ID, CISA, CISM, or CISSP
  • Preferred: 4+ years of related experience
  • Preferred: Knowledge of ISO and NIST standards and policies
  • Preferred: Knowledge of SOX, PCI, FAA, GDRP, and PII compliance regulations
