About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support across SRA's comprehensive product portfolio, initially focusing on VECTR
Respond to support tickets involving VECTR deployments, data quality, and system performance
Support SSO setup and onboarding needs
Escalate issues to internal engineering or client delivery teams
Maintain and enhance monitoring tools for client VECTR environments
Support VECTR infrastructure, including Docker containers and PostgreSQL databases
Document troubleshooting procedures and common resolutions in an internal knowledge base
Build and maintain small automation tools or scripts
Participate in a shared on-call rotation for 24x7 coverage
Troubleshoot issues directly with customers and gather requirements
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and security teams to improve platform reliability
Maintain cybersecurity awareness while supporting a security operations platform

Requirements

What you’ll need

Punctuality and timely attendance to external client and internal stakeholder needs
Familiarity with Docker (containers, docker-compose)
Exposure to ITIL-based support processes, including ticket management and escalation workflows
Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills
Comfortable communicating directly with customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a global, fast-paced support team
No prior professional experience required — this is an entry-level role
Familiarity with Caddy (reverse proxy/web server config) preferred
Familiarity with PostgreSQL (basic queries, backups, troubleshooting) preferred
Exposure to Java and/or Node.js/npm preferred
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent practical experience preferred
Willingness to travel
Ability to participate in a shared on-call rotation supporting 24x7 coverage
General cybersecurity awareness relevant to supporting a security operations platform
