About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical leadership throughout the full lifecycle of deployment, onboarding, migration, and integration projects for security solutions, with a primary focus on the Netskope and CrowdStrike platforms
- Gather technical and functional requirements from clients to design and validate architectures, topologies, and implementation plans
- Deploy and configure the Netskope ecosystem, including SWG, CASB, ZTNA, DLP, and cloud access control
- Deploy, roll out, and optimize the CrowdStrike Falcon platform, including NGAV/EDR, vulnerability management, identity threat protection, and containment rules
- Plan, validate, and execute highly complex projects, migrations, and legacy technology replacements
- Prepare, validate, and deliver project technical documentation, including HLD, LLD, as-built documentation, test plans, transition plans, execution plans, and rollback plans
- Define and implement integrations between Netskope, CrowdStrike, and the client ecosystem, including SIEM, SOC, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, IdPs/MFA, Syslog, and API-based automation
- Lead acceptance processes, user acceptance testing (UAT), and security policy tuning/hardening with clients
- Conduct structured technical handovers of deployed environments to clients’ internal teams or the Operations/Support team (MSSP)
- Develop and deliver knowledge-transfer sessions for clients’ technical teams
- Support pre-sales and architecture teams with effort estimation, dependency assessment, scope of work definition, and technical feasibility validation
- Serve as a technical reference and mentor for project team analysts, promoting standardization and the sharing of best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Networks, or a related field
- Extensive prior experience with deployment/Professional Services projects for Information Security solutions in corporate environments or consulting firms/MSSPs
- Strong command of and hands-on experience deploying the Netskope platform, including SSE/SASE, SWG, CASB, ZTNA (NPA), and DLP concepts and projects
- Strong command of and hands-on experience rolling out and managing the CrowdStrike Falcon platform, including agent architecture, prevention policies, EDR/XDR, and active module configuration
- Solid knowledge of Identity and Access ecosystems, such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, Ping Identity, SAML 2.0, SCIM, OIDC, MFA, and SSO
- Knowledge of automation and API integrations (REST/JSON), as well as scripting (PowerShell/Python), for agent and policy deployment and integration
- Experience with project management methodologies (Scrum/Agile or PMI) for tracking milestones, aligning scope, and managing deliverables
- Advanced knowledge of Networking and Perimeter Security fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, routing, segmentation, proxies/PAC files, GRE/IPsec tunnels, and cloud traffic architectures
- Advanced ability to prepare technical documentation (HLD, LLD, as-built documentation, and deployment procedures)
- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to read technical materials, participate in direct meetings with global vendor teams (Netskope and CrowdStrike), and open project or product bug support tickets
