About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set up and enter new claims into the system
- Update the system with review notes and additional inputs
- Process payments
- Manage communications through calls and emails to Customers, Brokers and Insurers
- Assist with driving claims to settlement
- Provide outstanding service and claims administration to Loss Adjusters
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous administration, insurance or customer service experience in a corporate environment
- Well organised and good communication skills
- Open to working from 1.30pm to 8pm
- Motivated to build a career in insurance
- Open to new learning experiences
