Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
  • Nationwide jurisdiction knowledge
  • Required licensing
  • Ability to analyze Auto Property Damage claims
  • Ability to investigate claims and gather information to determine exposure
  • Ability to negotiate settlements within designated authority
  • Ability to communicate claim activity and processing with claimants and clients
  • Ability to report claims to excess carriers and respond to direction requests
  • Ability to work within company standards, industry best practices, and client service requirements
