About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage marketing support staff and the creative process from concept to completion for marketing and communications initiatives
  • Ensure brand standards and UI/UX best practices
  • Lead the end-to-end marketing, communications, and creative process for complex projects across multiple channels
  • Develop and apply strategies aligned with brand identity, user experience, and business goals
  • Create prototypes and final designs for web, mobile, and other digital platforms
  • Provide design leadership, guidance, best practices, and constructive feedback to peers and cross-functional partners
  • Maintain and evolve marketing and design systems and style guides
  • Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to define user experiences and campaign direction
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices
  • Research new marketing and design techniques and mediums and incorporate innovative approaches
  • Partner with production teams, event teams, and external vendors on video, conferences, events, and digital activations
  • Contribute to the marketing content library, including imagery, video, and branding assets
  • Develop and present original strategic design concepts to creative leadership, business stakeholders, and marketing teams
  • Develop, coach, and manage marketing team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Travel as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree with major in graphic design or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Seven (7+) years of graphic/web design experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Agency experience required
  • Licenses as needed
  • Excellent knowledge of graphic and photo software
  • Good knowledge of web technology
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe products and Figma for content creation
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think conceptually and execute at a high level of quality
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
