About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide leadership and oversight for multiple product teams
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery aligned with product strategy and business outcomes
  • Guide capacity planning, dependency management, and prioritization practices across teams
  • Partner with Product and development leaders to define scalable requirements, intake processes, and delivery standards
  • Review performance metrics and KPIs to assess efficiency, quality, and delivery health
  • Ensure technical and non-functional initiatives are represented in planning and execution
  • Establish and own enterprise-level product vision and multi-year roadmaps across portfolios
  • Lead strategic planning and investment prioritization
  • Partner with development team leaders on scope, sequencing, funding, and strategic tradeoffs
  • Define enterprise-level outcomes and communicate product strategy, progress, and risks to senior executive stakeholders
  • Provide executive oversight of delivery across products
  • Oversee capacity planning across new development, enhancements, and technical health initiatives
  • Ensure delivery execution aligns with architectural standards and dependency management
  • Own accountability for multiple product KPIs and business performance, growth, and efficiency objectives
  • Maintain an enterprise-wide view of business processes, platforms, and system ecosystems
  • Evaluate and approve major product, platform, and operating model changes
  • Act as a senior executive escalation point for complex cross-organizational conflicts
  • Establish governance for product lifecycle management, technical quality, release readiness, and continuous improvement
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Travel as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
  • Licenses as needed
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
  • Ten+ (10) years’ experience in product strategy, product management or requirements intake role
  • Experience leading Directors, senior product leaders, and large product organizations required
  • Proven experience owning enterprise-level product portfolios and strategic investment decisions
  • Expertise in enterprise product strategy, portfolio management, and investment governance
  • Ability to translate corporate strategy into product vision, operating models, and execution frameworks
  • Strong executive-level judgment balancing growth, client value, technical health, risk, and financial outcomes
  • Advanced ability to lead complex, high-stakes discussions with C-suite, business, and technology leaders
  • Deep understanding of technology platforms, architecture strategy, and system ecosystems
  • Proven capability to lead leaders, shape organizations, and build high-performance product cultures
  • Ability to handle work-related stress and multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Travel as required
