Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience as a Software Engineer or prior experience as a Tech Lead
Strong software engineering fundamentals
Solid understanding of software architecture
Ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics
Pragmatic, hands-on approach to work
Willingness to take on technical responsibility and provide leadership
Experience with, or willingness to work with, TypeScript, Vue.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, cloud technologies, Docker, and AI/optimization for complex planning problems is helpful, but proficiency in every technology is not required
Fluent/native German speaker
