About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, implement, and continuously develop company-wide product management processes for software products and services
  • Coach and enable the organization in product management methods, best practices, and tools
  • Advocate and embed the product management mindset through internal communication, workshops, and presentations
  • Promote product-oriented thinking and support implementation of product management standards
  • Collaborate with the Strategy Board, development, sales, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth product development
  • Monitor product management trends and innovations and transfer them into company practice
  • Establish the optimal operating model between Business Leads, Product Owners, Technical Engineers, sales, marketing, and customers
  • Align processes toward the best possible customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in product management of software products, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Solid knowledge of agile methods, such as Scrum and Kanban
  • Knowledge of product management frameworks, such as Lean, Design Thinking, and OKR
  • Experience designing and implementing a tooling landscape to support product management processes
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • High level of initiative and enthusiasm for innovation
  • Ability to act as a role model for a product-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in German and English, written and spoken, at least C1 level
