Key responsibilities & impact

Build and operate software for IDRE, a platform for Independent Dispute Resolution under the federal No Surprises Act
Develop full-stack features across React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL
Own features end to end, from product conversations through production deployment
Work on settlement calculation and case-state tracking for healthcare disputes
Collaborate daily with a small, senior engineering team and US-based colleagues
Contribute to architecture and product decisions
Work with financial and transactional systems involving payments, billing, claims, or settlements

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of professional software development experience
Production experience with React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
Advanced/professional spoken and written English
Based in a Latin American country
Able to work with substantial daily overlap with US Eastern Time
Ability to work and invoice as an independent contractor in the country of residence
Application must be completed personally
Interviews conducted live on video with camera on
