About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute manual testing of web and mobile applications
- Create and maintain test documentation, including checklists and test cases
- Estimate execution time for testing activities
- Perform functional, cross-platform, UI/responsive design, and regression testing
- Document and maintain defect reports in Jira
- Analyze and evaluate business requirements with product owners
- Communicate QA risks that could affect feature delivery
- Report test execution results to stakeholders
- Support issue investigations, including production Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Triage automated test runs
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, customer support representatives, and AQA engineers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of professional experience in software QA
- Experience testing web and mobile applications, including end-to-end and UI testing
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Understanding of SDLC in Agile/Scrum
- Solid knowledge of test design techniques
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, client-server architecture, APIs, and JavaScript
- Good knowledge of SQL for testing purposes is a plus
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Experience analyzing automated test run results alongside AQA
- Hands-on experience with AI tools/assistants in daily QA workflows is a plus
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to take full ownership of testing activities
- Detail-oriented approach focused on product quality and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
