Manage a diverse caseload involving asbestos and toxic tort defense
Handle product liability and premises exposure claims
Draft pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions
Conduct and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience in asbestos defense, toxic tort, or related litigation
Licensed to practice law in New York (required)
Additional licenses in Connecticut, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania are highly desirable
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Proven ability to handle motion practice, depositions, and client communications independently
Strong organizational and time management skills
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, client-focused approach
