About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively engage existing client relationships to increase engagement, growth, and satisfaction with SEI
  • Increase penetration across SEI and broaden share of wallet
  • Manage the territory, including expanding and protecting high-value client relationships
  • Drive sustained revenue growth with clients in the independent broker/dealer channel
  • Elevate clients’ strategic commitment to SEI
  • Meet and exceed territory growth goals
  • Oversee the total client experience across business development, relationship management, account management, and advisor and firm experience
  • Report to the Managing Director of the West Region
  • Work with a dedicated Account Executive and cross-functionally with Marketing, Investment, Technology, and Service organizations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience and advanced knowledge of the advisor market
  • Experience in the independent broker/dealer channel
  • Ability to meet and exceed territory growth goals
  • Experience overseeing business development, relationship management, account management, and advisor and firm experience
  • Ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Ability to define growth opportunities and solve client needs
  • Must reside in the territory
  • Ability to cover strategic relationships across the West region of the U.S.
