About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the liaison between business areas, IT, consulting firms, vendors, and leadership
- Coordinate initiatives under the Tax Reform Program, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions
- Manage the receipt, assessment, prioritization, and follow-up of requests
- Monitor schedules, deliverables, and commitments, ensuring execution on time
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, leading mitigation actions
- Engage stakeholders, teams, and partners to ensure deadlines are met
- Facilitate communication across departments, promoting collaboration and transparency
- Support the definition and execution of the IT strategy aligned with corporate objectives
- Lead governance, follow-up, and status reporting meetings
- Propose solutions to organizational, operational, and technology-related challenges
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced or fluent English
- Experience in project management and coordination of strategic IT initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills in complex environments
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts
- Experience working with business areas, technical teams, consulting firms, and vendors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Tax Reform projects or regulatory initiatives (preferred)
- Knowledge of SAP environments and enterprise systems (preferred)
- Experience working in global companies and multicultural environments (preferred)
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and governance (preferred)
