About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead implementation, rollout, and improvement projects.
  • Manage AMS contracts, including support and continuous improvement.
  • Combine traditional project management practices with agile Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
  • Plan and lead SAP implementation, improvement, and rollout projects.
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality.
  • Coordinate functional and technical teams, including consultants, ABAP, BASIS, and integration specialists.
  • Ensure alignment between the business and IT.
  • Lead executive status meetings with client stakeholders.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Support backlog prioritization with the client.
  • Ensure incremental deliveries focused on value.
  • Manage AMS contracts, monthly baselines, backlog, and prioritization.
  • Control SLAs, service volumes, capacity (FTEs), and profitability.
  • Monitor performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Manage critical incidents and escalations.
  • Support continuous improvement strategies and service maturity enhancement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with SAP projects or AMS management support.
  • Knowledge of SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM, or similar modules.
  • Understanding of project financial controls.
  • Experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Practical experience managing AMS contracts.
  • Experience managing monthly baselines and margin control.
  • Ability to lead executive steering committees.
  • Experience working in complex, multi-module environments.
