About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide AMS support for the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module
- Handle, analyze, and resolve user tickets/incidents
- Implement system enhancements and configurations
- Troubleshoot integrations and business processes
- Document solutions, fixes, and customizations delivered
- Support SuccessFactors release updates and rollouts
- Guide and train end users when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements
- Ensure HR processes align with SAP standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically the Employee Central (EC) module
- Experience handling and resolving AMS tickets
- Knowledge of EC configuration, setup, and maintenance
- Experience with SuccessFactors integrations, including Integration Center, APIs, and connectors
- Knowledge of HR processes and organizational structures
- Ability to create technical and functional documentation
- Skills in process mapping and business rules analysis
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team, stay organized, and manage priorities
- SAP SuccessFactors EC certification is a plus
- Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules is a plus
- Intermediate or advanced English proficiency is a plus
- Experience with EC implementation or rollout projects is a plus
- Previous AMS experience supporting large companies or working for consulting firms is a plus
- Ability to deliver presentations and workshops is a plus
