About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on user experience and Human Resources process digitalization projects
- Design, develop, adapt, and maintain SAP Fiori applications (SAPUI5/Fiori elements)
- Configure the Fiori Launchpad, including catalogs, groups/spaces, and profiles
- Orchestrate OData services through SAP Gateway and, where applicable, SAP BTP
- Support integrations with legacy systems and external solutions
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams
- Humanize the world through technology by delivering consulting solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience with SAP Fiori for HCM, including SAPUI5, Fiori elements, OData, and SAP Gateway
- Hands-on experience with HR processes in SAP HCM (PY, PT, and related areas)
- Knowledge of core SAP HCM objects and tables to design appropriate UIs and services
- Knowledge of Fiori Launchpad configuration
- Ability to diagnose and optimize front-end and back-end OData performance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with functional and technical teams
- Experience with SAP BTP (CAP, SAP Build Apps/Process Automation, Destinations) — a plus
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations and/or hybrid HCM scenarios — a plus
- Knowledge of UX best practices (Design Thinking, prototyping, and user testing) — a plus
- Familiarity with ABAP for technical discussions and OData service adjustments
- Previous experience with HCM projects in Brazil (PY/payroll localization, eSocial) — a plus
