About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the mapping, design, and validation of Procurement and Supply processes
- Support the implementation and improvement of operations in SAP
- Map and analyze workflows for purchasing, contracts, suppliers, invoices, and payments
- Identify bottlenecks, rework, and process improvement opportunities
- Support the design and validation of the future Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process
- Work with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, suppliers, RFQs/quotations, catalogs, and info records
- Validate purchasing scenarios with and without contracts
- Support the cleansing and maintenance of supplier, material, service, and contract master data
- Participate in SAP MM unit, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Support the documentation of project gaps, risks, decisions, and outstanding items
- Collaborate on defining responsibilities and integration across Procurement, Legal, Tax, Accounting, and Accounts Payable
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with Procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Knowledge of the SAP MM module
- Experience with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, and supplier management
- Experience in process mapping, design, and improvement
- Knowledge of functional testing and business process validation
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Proven experience in the banking or fintech sector
