About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a key member, and sometimes the only member, of a Client's IT team
  • Set technology direction and identify issues to resolve
  • Provide hands-on expertise to align Client technology environments with business needs
  • Bring in Seitel Systems Work Center resources to address broader scope and timelines
  • Collaborate with and mentor teammates on emerging technologies and lessons learned
  • Improve service delivery through right-to-left improvements
  • Work with the Service Desk team providing Tier 1, Tier 2, and sometimes Tier 3 support
  • Develop strong Client partnerships as the primary technical contact
  • Build working relationships with the Work Center team and share or delegate responsibilities
  • Progress through a career development plan by learning technologies, earning certifications, and expanding skills
  • Occasionally travel around the Puget Sound to support Clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Local candidates only; must live near the Puget Sound
  • Minimum of seven years of progressive IT experience
  • Microsoft and other certifications consistent with IT experience
  • Experience with cloud computing, IT security, AI, virtualization, networking, and troubleshooting servers, infrastructure, and desktops
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Defender
  • Experience with ConnectWise and Veeam
  • Familiarity with Copilot
  • Solid work ethic and self-starter mindset
  • Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Reliable transportation and a driver's license
  • Full-time availability
