About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support governance and oversight of the IT project portfolio
- Consolidate information on project schedules, costs, risks, KPIs, and status
- Develop management dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel
- Structure action plans and track activities using Microsoft Planner
- Prepare executive presentations and reports for management committees and forums
- Support Project Managers and contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and controls
- Use AI tools to optimize analyses, reports, and presentations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in PMO, Project Management, or IT Portfolio Management
- Advanced Power BI and Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Planner and Microsoft Office
- Advanced English proficiency
- Analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills
- Preferred: Experience with performance KPIs and project portfolios
- Preferred: Experience working in IT environments with multiple concurrent projects
- Preferred: Experience using AI tools for data analysis and preparing executive presentations
