About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the management and governance of the services project portfolio, monitoring scope, timelines, budget, resources, risks, and benefits
- Establish and maintain processes, methodologies, policies, templates, and governance routines for project, program, and portfolio management
- Consolidate and present executive reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to the Executive Board, Committees, and other stakeholders
- Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, deviations, and resource conflicts, driving action plans and escalations when necessary
- Support the prioritization of projects and initiatives based on strategy, business value, risks, costs, capacity, and dependencies
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and timely updating of portfolio information in corporate management tools
- Act as a facilitator among business areas, clients, and other stakeholders
- Monitor resource capacity and allocation, identifying bottlenecks and prioritization needs
- Promote continuous improvement in project management processes and PMO maturity
- Coordinate governance and management meetings, ensuring follow-up on decisions and their respective action plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field
- Solid experience in PMO, Project, Program, or Portfolio Management, preferably in technology service or product delivery environments
- Experience leading a PMO and managing relationships with the Executive Board and executive stakeholders
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks, such as PMBOK/PMI, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid models
- Ability to structure dashboards, executive reports, and performance indicators
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical audiences, managers, and executives
- Analytical, organized, structured, proactive, and results-oriented profile
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict-resolution skills in multidisciplinary environments
- Preferred: experience implementing or transforming a corporate PMO
- Preferred: experience managing portfolios of ERP, CRM, corporate systems implementation, or digital transformation projects
- Preferred: knowledge of capacity management practices
