About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Structure and maintain the application portfolio and architectural information in SAP LeanIX
Configure and maintain fact sheets, metamodels, dashboards, and reports
Automate and integrate data collection with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Azure DevOps
Establish audit and information governance cycles in collaboration with Application Owners
Analyze the application portfolio to identify redundancies, risks, costs, and optimization opportunities
Support new projects and transformation initiatives by assessing impacts and future scenarios
Develop roadmaps for system modernization, migration, and integration
Support IT and business leadership through analyses, metrics, and management reports
Work collaboratively with different areas of the organization to ensure the quality and timely updating of architectural information

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience with SAP LeanIX
Knowledge of platform configuration, fact sheets, metamodels, and impact reports
Experience in Enterprise Architecture and, preferably, knowledge of TOGAF
Knowledge of Application Portfolio Management (APM)
Knowledge of integrations and APIs with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or CMDBs
Knowledge of the SAP ecosystem, especially SAP S/4HANA and/or Signavio
Advanced English proficiency for reading, writing, and conversation
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration with a focus on IT, or a related field
Preferred: experience in complex, business-critical environments
Preferred: experience with digital transformation and solution architecture
