About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and continuously improve the Information Security Program
- Define, monitor, and analyze security KPIs/KRIs
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and executive presentations
- Support audits, compliance, resilience, and CyberSecurity projects
- Lead security awareness campaigns and awareness programs
- Strengthen the security culture across business areas
- Work in alignment with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls
- Strengthen Selbetti’s CyberSecurity strategy as the company continues its digital transformation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Security, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Solid experience in Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
- Experience defining, monitoring, and analyzing indicators (KPIs/KRIs) and preparing executive reports
- Experience with security awareness programs and awareness campaigns
- Practical knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English for participation in meetings and professional interactions
- Knowledge of Power BI for dashboard development (a plus)
- Experience with Microsoft Project and SharePoint (a plus)
- Experience with GRC and risk management tools (a plus)
- Advanced English proficiency for reading, writing, and working with technical materials (a plus)
