About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and execute manual and automated tests to validate functionality in Dynamics 365 CRM and web applications
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript)
- Perform REST API testing using Postman and Swagger
- Validate data in Dataverse, ensuring integrity and compliance
- Execute cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and responsive testing (desktop and mobile)
- Evaluate performance and page load times
- Track, document, and report defects clearly and accurately
- Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to analyze requirements
- Participate in sprints and Agile processes, maintaining effective communication with the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in Quality Assurance/testing, including manual and automated testing
- Advanced proficiency in Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript)
- Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Knowledge of Business Process Flows, Workflows, Plug-ins, and security rules
- Experience testing REST APIs using Postman and Swagger
- Experience with data migration, performance, regression, responsive, and cross-browser testing
- Knowledge of defect tracking, quality reporting, and requirements analysis
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, communication, and teamwork
