About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design presentations and training materials on careers, job applications, personal development, and leadership
Research, develop, write, and revise blog articles and other content
Create posts, graphics, and creative concepts for the website and social media channels such as LinkedIn and Instagram
Design additional marketing materials, for example to showcase consulting and training services
Work closely with the consulting team and other working students
Gain insight into consulting and training services as well as day-to-day consulting work
Contribute your own ideas and take responsibility for smaller projects aligned with your interests and strengths

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a degree, for example in business administration with a focus on marketing, communications or media studies, communication design, graphic design, or a comparable field
Interest in marketing and communications
A strong eye for design and enthusiasm for creating presentations, graphics, and other materials
Clear, articulate communication skills and an enjoyment of developing and revising written content
Interest in careers, the world of work, and personal development
Strong digital affinity
Initial experience with PowerPoint, Canva, or comparable design tools is welcome
Knowledge of social media or website maintenance is an additional advantage
Interest in using AI meaningfully for research, writing, and design
Reliable and increasingly independent working style
Willingness to collaborate and contribute your own ideas
Enthusiasm for trying new things and continuing to learn
