About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect, design, and implement AI-driven solutions for software testing, QA, quality engineering, and broader software engineering workflows
Design scalable, secure, and reusable AI reference architectures
Define and lead AI adoption frameworks for automated test generation, test data generation, defect prediction, anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, intelligent test execution, prioritization, and coverage optimization
Evaluate, select, and recommend LLMs, agents, copilots, AI-powered test automation tools, and internal or external AI platforms
Optimize AI tool integration for performance, cost, and reliability
Collaborate with Engineering, QA, DevOps, Security, and Leadership teams to embed AI across the SDLC
Enable teams through best practices, design patterns, reference implementations, workshops, demos, and enablement sessions
Establish AI governance, security, and responsible AI guidelines
Ensure compliance with enterprise security, data privacy, and ethical AI standards
Act as a technical mentor and advisor to technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders
Guide organizations in selecting AI tools, defining adoption frameworks, and embedding AI responsibly into engineering workflows
Demonstrate impact by improving testing efficiency, enhancing software quality, reducing time-to-market, and driving adoption across engineering and QA teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Highly experienced in designing, implementing, and scaling AI-driven solutions across software engineering, testing, quality engineering, and SDLC optimization
Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML and Generative AI
Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, AI agents, embeddings and vector search, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Proven experience designing scalable AI architectures
Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and test automation frameworks
Experience integrating AI into CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and MLOps workflows
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud-based AI platforms and APIs
Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven technical solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have: AI governance, security, and compliance experience
Nice to have: prior AI Architect, Solution Architect, or Principal Engineer experience
Nice to have: enterprise-scale AI implementation experience
Nice to have: cloud platform, AI/ML, or architecture framework certifications
