Key responsibilities & impact
  • Governance and control of processes related to vehicle transfers, inventory availability, order backlog, and invoicing.
  • Control of vehicle availability and coordination of interfaces among commercial, operational, and support teams to ensure the proper execution of transfers and issuance of invoices.
  • Management of the order backlog for the North and Northeast regions, including vehicle invoicing destinations, in coordination with regional teams.
  • Monitoring alignment among production, inventory, and the order backlog.
  • Control and monitoring of available inventory volumes.
  • Monitoring vehicles blocked due to quality issues, damage, or other operational restrictions, and assessing their impact on the order backlog in the North and Northeast regions.
  • Monitoring release processes for invoicing.
  • Controlling the impact of unavailability on the order backlog and commercial targets.
  • Liaising with responsible teams to expedite vehicle releases and availability.
  • Resolving operational inconsistencies in coordination with support teams.
  • Monitoring the operational workflow to ensure the proper invoicing cadence.
