Provide superior service to internal and external guests
Monitor and control a pit area consisting of one or more games
Assure customer service standards while maintaining game integrity
Work in both Floor Supervisor and Table Games Dealer roles
Offer high-level customer service to maximize guest enjoyment and return play
Know and enforce policies and procedures for supervised table games
Maintain a safe, professional, friendly, productive, and morale-supporting work environment
Support Seminole Gaming’s culture and team philosophy throughout the property
Model professional conduct and encourage the same from team members
Promote positive public relations and create an enjoyable atmosphere for customers
Resolve customer-related problems in a fast-paced environment
Ensure protection of customers’ rewards and credit lines
Comply with departmental, company, regulatory, and business ethics requirements
Maintain confidentiality of trade secrets and proprietary information
Create a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment
Deal Blackjack, Mini Baccarat, and three carnival games excluding Casino War
Deal cards and take and pay bets accurately
Deliver guest service that promotes satisfaction, increased table time, and return play
Resolve guest concerns and report issues outside the role’s authority
Notify management or the Ethics Hotline of observed illegal acts or ethics violations
Promote responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must successfully complete a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations to obtain gaming licensure prior to beginning employment
Background checks may include a credit check
Drug screen
Proficiently deal Blackjack, Mini Baccarat, and three (3) carnival games not including Casino War
Knowledge of all policies and procedures for the specific table game being supervised
Ability to deal cards accurately and at a pace defined by the supervisor/guests at the table
Ability to take and pay bets accurately according to standard
Ability to comply with Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures
Ability to frequently stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk or hear, and taste or smell
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Close, distance, color, and peripheral vision; depth perception; ability to adjust focus
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, guest-smoking casino environment with excessive noise
