About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with surveillance and casino operations at multiple properties to obtain surveillance video footage of casino table game play
  • Enter data associated with compiling Blackjack surveys, Baccarat play evaluations, Craps play evaluations, and Ultimate Texas Hold’em play evaluations
  • Train and help Data Entry Operators perform data-entry duties
  • Monitor live and recorded surveillance of gaming and sensitive areas
  • Identify and report irregular play, cheating, theft, fraud, or policy violations
  • Prepare accurate written reports and preserve video evidence
  • Promptly notify leadership of suspected violations
  • Collaborate closely with Table Games leadership and staff
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all internal policies
  • Operate surveillance systems and report equipment issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A high school diploma or GED required
  • Three (3) or more years’ experience in casino operations or casino surveillance preferred
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities
  • Final candidates will be required to obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations prior to an offer being extended
  • Background checks may include credit check, criminal background check, and drug screen
  • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Must be able to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, and taste or smell
