About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide superior service to internal and external guests
- Monitor and control a pit area consisting of one or more games while maintaining customer service standards and game integrity
- Work three days per week as a Floor Supervisor and two days per week as a Table Games Dealer
- Know and enforce policies and procedures for supervised table games
- Deal cards accurately, take and pay bets according to standards
- Protect customers’ rewards and credit lines
- Maintain a safe, professional, friendly, productive work environment
- Support Seminole Gaming’s culture and team philosophy
- Resolve customer and guest concerns and report issues beyond authority
- Promote positive public relations and an enjoyable, entertaining atmosphere
- Comply with company policies, business ethics guidelines, regulatory requirements, and Gaming Commission regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Support responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service
- Notify management or the Ethics Hotline of observed illegal acts or ethics violations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Five years table games experience required
- Must be knowledgeable in all primary casino games and most secondary games, including Craps or Roulette
- Proficiently deal five games: Black Jack, Baccarat and three additional games (excluding War)
- Able to deal and follow all policies and procedures of all available table games within 90 days of promotion
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities
- Final candidates are required to obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations prior to an offer being extended
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk or hear, and taste or smell
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Required close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
