About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide on-site and remote support to end users through First- and Second-Level Support
- Configure and maintain the IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and printers
- Install and configure new hardware and software
- Coach and train employees on IT-related topics
- Promote the integration and use of cloud and M365 services
- Support users in adopting cloud and M365 technologies
- Assist with the implementation of global IT standards
- Serve as the liaison between users and the relevant specialist departments
- Participate in IT projects and ensure successful implementation at assigned locations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist, a degree in computer science, or a comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of current Microsoft client and server operating systems
- Experience in the automotive dealership industry is an advantage
- Willingness to travel is required for assignments across multiple branches
- Area of responsibility: Southern and Eastern Westphalia; proximity to the Ahlen work location is preferred
- Strong analytical thinking
- Proactive approach and strong execution skills (a “can-do” attitude)
- Reliable and solution-oriented approach to delivering results
- Class B driver’s license
