About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and develop Sensio's Enterprise IT function
Establish a secure, scalable and modern technology foundation
Enable AI across Sensio by creating a secure foundation, prototyping solutions and creating reusable capabilities
Automate IT operations using automation and Infrastructure as Code
Use Git, peer review and engineering practices to make changes secure and reproducible
Simplify and prioritize IT processes and requirements
Own IT operations across identity, devices, business systems and integrations
Ensure reliable operations, security and continuous improvement
Set direction, establish clear ownership and balance technology with business needs
Build and lead a scalable Enterprise IT function with clear roles and ways of working
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, developers, hardware, software, product and design teams
Travel to Vestfold and other locations as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical background
Experience leading or rebuilding an Enterprise IT, Corporate IT or similar function
Knowledge of IaC, Git, CI/CD, APIs and cloud sufficient to build good solutions and collaborate with developers
Ability to introduce security measures and routines gradually, monitoring first and enforcing later
Ability to build security into operational processes without unnecessary bureaucracy
Ability to work effectively with engineers and business stakeholders
Experience learning from unsuccessful initiatives and applying those lessons to decisions
Plus: experience with Entra ID, Intune, FreeIPA, EDR, Mac, Windows and Linux
Plus: experience with Terraform, Ansible, Puppet or PowerShell
Plus: experience with ISO 27001 and change management
