About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform nursing duties via video call from the Virtual Care hub call center
- Conduct admissions and discharges
- Provide patient teaching
- Perform medication reconciliation
- Support bedside nurses and the hospital care team
- Handle administrative tasks that do not require hands-on care
- Use HIPAA-compliant audio-visual technology to communicate with patients
- Help minimize interruptions, enhance privacy, ensure patient safety, and improve the patient experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- RN-Associate’s Degree (Required)
- Registered Nurse License (Required)
- BLS required within 90 days of hire
- 5 years of recent acute care bedside nursing experience required
- BSN or MSN preferred
- NIHSS and ACLS preferred
- IMCU experience preferred
- Epic experience preferred
