About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform competent nursing care using the nursing process
- Assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement, coordinate care, teach, promote health, and evaluate patient care
- Apply professional nursing standards, including ethics, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice, quality, and resource utilization
- Assess and admit patients

Requirements
What you’ll need- RN Degree - ADN, BSN or MSN
- Valid RN License to practice in Virginia
- Current ACLS, BLS, NRP
- Intermittent or Advanced Fetal Monitoring course preferred
- Must have at least 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
- Must be proficient at circulating in the OR
- Ability to perform nursing care according to the nursing process and professional nursing standards
