About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform competent nursing care using the nursing process
  • Assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement, coordinate care, teach, promote health, and evaluate patient care
  • Apply professional nursing standards involving ethics, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice, quality, resource utilization, and environmental health

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2 years of recent RN bedside experience in an acute care hospital medical/surgical setting
  • EPIC user experience
  • BLS certification
  • NIHSS certification
  • RN Diploma, ADN, BSN or MSN
  • RN License valid to work in the State of NC
  • Meet and maintain specialty-specific requirements
  • Availability for a 14-week traveler assignment at 36 hours/week on night shifts
