About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in the business demand process and governance, ensuring transparent intake, analysis, prioritisation and decision documentation
Capture, analyse and structure business needs and convert them into clear IT demands with defined scope, acceptance criteria, KPIs and expected business value
Maintain a holistic, future-proof view of the IT landscape and demand portfolio
Develop and communicate a shared business information glossary across Customers Nordic
Establish a shared data model across Customers Nordic
Support projects and business demands with data and information analysis
Define shared versus local data and information needs across BU Customers Nordic
Use data and insights to identify business pain points and opportunities and translate them into prioritised demands and improvement initiatives
Define shared data-quality standards with the CDN System Owner and Data Governance Lead
Contribute to implementation of the Data Governance Office using DAMA and Data Mesh frameworks
Collaborate with the Data Governance Lead, System Owner, Demand Architects, BUSO, business stakeholders and internal IT
Contribute to transformation projects and programs and help drive change from current state to target state
Represent IT good practice and support evaluation of development alternatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of relevant work experience
Good understanding of utility business processes and their IT capability needs
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with different levels in the organisation
Ability to combine and balance stakeholders' interests and take decisions to ensure output is realised
Good understanding of the utility- and electricity business
Experience working in a large international company
Long experience working with information architecture in a business context, including intake, analysis, prioritisation, value cases and follow-up
Strong analytical skills, including defining KPIs/OKRs, building decision material based on data, and collaborating with BI/analytics teams
Deep experience in business and IT architecture, covering process, information and system views
Understanding and experience of agile methods and ways of working
Fluent Swedish and English, written and spoken
Strong Enterprise Architecture skills
Understanding of security regulations and ability to address security aspects in architecture work
Solution/application architecture experience is welcome but not mandatory
