Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement end-to-end Hardware Asset Management processes for POS/checkout hardware, covering deployment, replacement, repair, return, reuse and retirement
Configure and evolve ServiceNow HAM structures, asset data, lifecycle states, integrations and automation
Ensure high data quality and minimal manual administration
Coordinate across CCP, Hardware teams, ServiceNow teams, Sales Markets and partners
Document processes and establish governance/KPIs
Drive implementation end-to-end through operational handover
Ensure sustainable documentation and knowledge transfer

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong hands-on experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and hardware lifecycle management
Advanced experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management, including asset structures, lifecycle processes, data quality, integrations and automation
Experience designing scalable HAM processes and governance in complex environments, preferably involving POS, retail hardware, logistics, repair/RMA and field services
Senior/Expert Technical Engineer with proven experience establishing or transforming Hardware Asset Management capabilities in large organizations
Able to independently design and drive implementation end-to-end, from technical solution and integrations through processes, governance and operational handover
Strong stakeholder leadership across multiple teams, markets and partners
Hands-on approach with sustainable documentation and knowledge transfer
