About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions
Improve operational efficiency across business functions
Analyze manual and current inventory processes
Design scalable automated workflows for stock alerts, replenishment requests, approvals, and compliance tracking
Develop automation using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps
Integrate solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, including SharePoint and Microsoft 365
Coordinate project planning by tracking requirements, development activities, testing progress, issues, dependencies, and deliverables
Work closely with a software engineering manager and collaborative peer team
Contribute to digital transformation and process optimization initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience analyzing current inventory processes and designing automated workflows for stock alerts, replenishment requests, approvals, and compliance tracking
Experience in WinActor is a HUGE plus
Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate and familiarity with Power Apps
Hands-on experience within the Microsoft ecosystem, including SharePoint and Microsoft 365
Experience with project planning and coordination, including tracking requirements, development activities, testing progress, issues, dependencies, and deliverables
Understanding of process mapping, workflow automation, and business process analysis
Experience with scripting or programming, such as PowerShell, Python, C#, Java, or similar
Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts
Exposure to SAP or ERP systems
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git)
Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or enterprise process environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
Background check required as part of Sentinel's employment process
