Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage a team of IT Product Analysts
Improve and adhere to product management best practices
Oversee product prioritization, requirement documentation, and change management
Align product work with IT product strategy
Navigate organizational boundaries and foster a culture of innovation
Use organizational capabilities and technology knowledge to facilitate effective product changes aligned with customer needs
Measure and evaluate product effectiveness against customer and business needs
Facilitate adjustments to achieve desired outcomes
Plan, execute, and deliver new product features within defined scope, budget, and timeline
Collaborate with business partners and technical delivery teams

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis, or related discipline preferred
Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
Strong understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle, and product management principles
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate vision, goals, and expectations to team members and stakeholders
Ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Must be eligible for employment without an F-1, J-1, or H-1 visa
