About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, test, and maintain software applications, systems, or platforms
- Apply creativity and innovation through the agile development process to drive new solutions
- Work in a full-stack, cloud-first development environment
- Complete assigned tasks on time while following established software development practices
- Participate in team discussions and communicate status and effort
- Engage in the design, development, and implementation of new and existing programs or solutions
- Own the quality of assigned tasks by preparing test scripts and conducting tests
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and scrum meetings
- Build understanding of relevant business domains and apply it to improve work products
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate Degree in Computer Science or related discipline; or equivalent related work experience
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- Demonstrated aptitude in one or more programming languages and software development concepts
- Proficiency in programming languages and tools relevant to the role preferred
- Experience with Vue.js or other JavaScript frameworks
- Experience with Spring and Java
- Experience with Android or iOS is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize systems
- Demonstrated understanding of design principles and development best practices
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Must not require employment under an F-1, J-1, or H-1 visa
