About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, test, and maintain software applications, systems, or platforms
  • Develop and enhance custom solutions supporting Claims or Customer Communications operations
  • Collaborate with developers, engineers, quality analysts, and product analysts
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle

  • Complete assigned tasks on time while following software development practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate Degree in Computer Science or related discipline; or equivalent related work experience
  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Demonstrated aptitude in one or more programming languages and software development concepts
  • Proficiency in programming languages and tools relevant to the role preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize systems
  • Demonstrated understanding of design principles and development best practices
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Must not require employment under F-1, J-1, or H-1 visas
