About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Design, develop, and support CI/CD pipelines for applications and infrastructure using GitHub Actions
- Troubleshoot complex platform and infrastructure issues
- Support and set up observability and monitoring tools, including Datadog
- Collaborate with global teams across international delivery centers
- Contribute to cloud and automation initiatives for financial, healthcare, and manufacturing clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of strong experience in DevOps Architecture and platform development
- 4+ years of hands-on Terraform experience, including building and maintaining reusable modules
- Strong AWS expertise across compute, networking, IAM, databases, and cost optimization
- Experience with ECS/Fargate, EC2, Lambda, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- AWS operational expertise in an ECS/EC2 environment
- Docker/container deployment experience
- Strong experience developing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Experience troubleshooting complex platform and infrastructure issues
- Experience supporting and setting up observability and monitoring with Datadog
- Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants desired
- Advanced oral English for seamless collaboration with global teams
- Advanced Spanish
- Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery
- Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering
